The Forthill Men’s Group community garden is based at the Northside Community Centre in Sligo Town. Members of the men’s group and local residents come together on Wednesday mornings to garden with a trained garden tutor, provided by the Organic Centre, Rossinver, Co. Leitrim and funded by the HSE. Participants take part in joint cooking sessions with a community garden in Rathcormac, outside Sligo and assist with the local primary school garden.
